Reporting to the design supervisor, the Methods Agent develops and drafts manufacturing procedures in accordance with company standards to optimize the efficiency and work methods of production staff.
You will accomplish, among other things, the following:
Define the various processes for installing dies on presses
Communicate the procedures and ensure proper training of trainers
Establish quality procedures for our products
Create production forms
Develop maintenance and sharpening procedures for dies, as well as operating procedures for presses and feeders
Work closely with the production department
Draw various parts and components for repairs

Requirements
Level of studies: DEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training
Spoken and written language: French
